Be the voice, face, and force behind JYN’s teen movement.
From its inception, JYN has valued the honest investment of its teen ambassadors—students who serve as the voice of interest and inspiration behind everything we do. JYN Ambassadors are official teen representatives of the Jewish Youth Network. Under staff guidance, they help shape, promote, and lead JYN programs while serving as role models in their schools, camps, and communities.
Responsibilities:
- Represent JYN in your school and social circles
- Prepare for, review, and actively promote all JYN programs
- Use word-of-mouth and social media to engage peers
- Lead short lunch or after-school info sessions for prospective students
- Attend monthly meetings with JYN staff to plan outreach, discuss events, and follow up with new recruits
- Plan ambassador-led, large-scale events to support JYN’s mission
- Must be a current and past participant in JYN programs

Applicants must complete a short form and include a brief essay explaining why they’re the right person to represent JYN in their school, camp, and community. Applications are reviewed by our presidents, with follow-up communication provided after review.
