Being that group rates must be booked well in advance, registration after early bird if space is still available will be $550 without exception. Only applications accompanied with payment will be processed. (payment may be submitted online via credit card or delivered to JYN)
Full refund, minus the $100 deposit, is available until March 15. From March 15 onwards, no refunds will be given unless a medical letter is presented or emergency situation arises. Barring cancellation of the retreats, refunds will not be made in the case of extreme weather.
Throughout the duration of the retreat, during all touring spots and activities, participants are expected to remain with the group at all times and follow the itinerary as outlined. All participants must attend ALL meeting times and places without exception. Rabbi Shmuli Nachlas, along with a ratio of 1/10 chaperones to participants, will be attending this retreat.
The Chaperones are JYN Alumni who Rabbi Shmuli hand picks, based on responsibility, maturity and the ability to chaperone our teens in a safe and positive manner. As soon as the chaperone choices are finalized, this information will be communicated to all participants.

Yes, you may request to room with friends; the earlier you register, the greater probability there is that we can accommodate your rooming requests.
