About Us
Today’s teens face immense pressure as they navigate mental health, academics, career aspirations, and spiritual wellbeing in a rapidly changing world. In response, JYN proudly introduced the Guidance Hub—a hassle-free, non-bureaucratic network providing a confidential and safe space for teens to access support.
Inspired by our teen ambassador group, the Guidance Hub offers a wide range of services tailored to teens’ needs, including career, academic, spiritual, and mental health guidance. By eliminating financial and accessibility barriers, we ensure that all youth in our community can receive vital resources without constraints.
Thanks to the generosity of our donors, no one is turned away. Together, we are answering the call for more support and creating a brighter future for our teens.

Our professional and registered clinicians have a breadth of knowledge and understand that every individual has a unique story. We provide therapy and guidance to youth in our community, aged 16 to 29, through transitional phases of life.
How to Access Service
Self-referrals are welcome through our “Contact Us” tab. Upon referral, a member of our team will contact you within 24–48 hours.
An intake assessment will be conducted to better understand your needs and goals. Based on the assessment, we will connect you with one of our registered Social Workers, Psychotherapists, or Life Skills Coaches.
Our registered clinicians practice a variety of modalities, including:
- Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT)
- Dialectical Behaviour Therapy (DBT)
- Emotion-Focused Therapy (EFT)
All services are provided with a trauma-informed approach.
Sessions are approximately 50 minutes.
We are proud to offer youth the option of virtual counseling from the comfort of their home or in-person sessions.
Note: The Guidance Hub is in its development and launch stages, and not all services are available yet. We appreciate your understanding as we continue to grow this initiative.
