Tournament Format
The tournament will include 12 teams total, divided into 3 pools of 4 teams. Each pool will be assigned its own court and will play a round-robin format using rally scoring. Each team will consist of 4 players, with teams setting their pairings before each match. Players will rotate partners every 5 points. All teams are guaranteed 3 matches, with games played to 21 points. If the score reaches 20–19, the game freezes and must be won on your serve. All matches will be refereed. The tournament level is Intermediate Plus, 3.0+.
Rally Scoring
Rally scoring means that a point is scored after every rally, regardless of which team is serving. If your team wins the rally, your team wins the point.
More Than a Tournament
As the tournament progresses, courts will open for social play, giving players and guests the chance to continue enjoying pickleball, food, music, networking, and the full event experience. The goal is for this to feel like a major summer social event and fundraiser, not just a sports tournament.
Playoffs
The top 2 teams from each division will advance to the playoffs, along with 2 wildcard teams selected based on overall record and point differential. In total, 8 teams will move on to the knockout playoff round.
