Private Event at JYN Robbins Family Campus

A 50% non-refundable deposit is required to reserve your date.
Final payment is due one month prior to the event.
Final guest count must be confirmed 10 days before the event. Guest counts cannot be reduced after this date.
Full balance is due 7 days before the event.
Cancellations within 14 days of the event are non-refundable.
Changes to the menu, service style, or quantities made within two weeks of the event require a new quote, as staffing and food orders will already be finalized.
Outside food or drink is not permitted.
Basketball Court rentals require additional labour for setup/teardown.
Taxes and gratuity are additional.
If you are planning a Bar/Bat Mitzvah: In accordance with Halacha, we support separate dancing with a mechitzah / partition (provided).
